SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, We serve tens of thousands of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1.Processing Time: In-stock items will be sent out within 48 hours. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing time. You can check it from product page. The time we are talking about is a working day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays.
2.Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days outside CN.
3.Shipping fee: Free international shipping for all Wigs(Hair accessories, pieces, clearance items and custom orders are excluded).
AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you would like to change your shipping address, please write to us at diana@ghairs.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is to wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you a refund.
All the international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee for monetary refund.
There will be a $6.99 shipping cost ($19.99 for remote address) for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
All the orders and orders with high value products are signature requested. If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or TNT, Luvkikiwig will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
Dear customers, in the current peak season, affected by the global COVID-19 disease, all express delivery will be delayed. During this period, the package trajectory tracking may not be updated in time, but it is actually in normal transportation. But rest assured, we will continue to follow up to ensure your parcel is delivered normally.
